Wisconsin BEP reserves the right to remove any user account without warning
in response to abuse of the network. Net abuse is anything illegal or that

network and will not tolerate its name and site being used in such a way.

way, your account will be immediately deleted, and appropriate legal action will

Wisconsin BEP respects the rights of all visitors to its site, and will not
tolerate any defamatory or incendiary material in either the public or private
sections of its site. "Flaming" individuals or groups via e-mail or
message postings may result in suspension or termination of your account.
If you believe you are or have been the victim of flaming or defamation, please

these terms, you will forfeit your rights to a refund of any premiums paid, and
none will be given. There are no refunds for advance payments on suspended

services being offered. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as
available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied,
including but not limited to warranties of title, non infringement, or implied
warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. No
advice or information given by Wisconsin BEP or its agents or employees shall
create a warranty. Wisconsin BEP's ISP provides no warranty that the
service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We assume no liability,
expressed or implied, for any downtime for any reason.
COMPLAINTS
If you are dissatisfied with this web site, or any of its terms, conditions,
rules, policies, guidelines, or practices, you may make your complaint known to
the Wisconsin BEP. However, no promises are made or given to implement any
demands or recommendations. Beyond making your dissatisfaction known to
the Wisconsin BEP, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the
